1 Quote. 1 Reflection. 1 Question.
1 Quote.
“The more information that’s out there, the greater the returns to just being willing to sit down and apply yourself. Information isn’t what’s scarce; it’s the willingness to do something with it."

1 Reflection.
TikTok, Spotify, YouTube, Instagram, Audible, you name it, there are opportunities to consume information ANYWHERE at ANY TIME.
We modern humans are paralyzed by the constant flood of information. Because of the ability to research anything at any time, we trick ourselves into thinking we are "working".
If you want to lose weight, exercise more and eat better.
If you want to improve your relationship, have a hard conversation with your partner.
If you want a better grade, open the books more often.
If you want to save more money, save more money.
Start with action and see what works and what doesn't. Adjust along the way and stick to showing up. Podcasts, coaches, and self-help books can help along the journey but don't start with them. Live by the words of one of Compounding Sense's favorite patriots, Theodore Roosevelt:
Get Action.
I may sound like a broken record but during this time of year, the reminder is needed as research shows 81% of people abandon their New Year resolutions by February. We need to focus on becoming masters of showing up.
Let's be a part of the few that follow through, and claim bragging rights next holiday season.
1 Question.
What is in your way of action—People, apps, family, yourself?
